CALL CENTRE AGENT
The successful candidate will be hard working and willing to be an integral part of our team. Call Centre Agents will be responsible for receiving inbound calls and handling them in a professional and knowledgeable manner according to client specifications. Call Centre Agents may also be responsible for making outbound calls as required by customers. The successful candidate will have an excellent command of the English language, and be personable, professional and friendly at all times. The successful candidate will type approximately 45 w.p.m., and be computer literate. Experience in a call centre, reception, or customer service environment is an asset. Additional languages (especially French, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese and Punjabi) are also an asset. Full time and part time positions are available, along with a variety of shifts (daytime, evening, and weekends shifts are available).
